1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire and legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pgko ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the pgko website located at pgko.io and all associated services, features, content, and products (collectively, "the Platform").

By creating a pgko account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, participating in a casino game, initiating a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the pgko service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their current form. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are supplemented by the pgko Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus terms disclosed at the time of a promotional offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a supplementary document, these Terms shall take precedence unless the supplementary document explicitly states otherwise.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the pgko Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. pgko applies a strict 21+ age policy across all products and services on the Platform. Registration by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming are not prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who lack legal capacity due to age, mental incapacity, or other legal constraints may not use the Platform.
• Single account: You may hold only one pgko account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances held therein.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether applied by pgko or by a third-party responsible gaming programme, at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the Platform.

pgko reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any eligibility requirement at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in the suspension or permanent closure of the relevant account.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of pgko services, you are required to register a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You undertake to update your account information promptly in the event that any detail changes.

• Username and password: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pgko login credentials. You must not disclose your username or password to any third party. pgko will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other unsolicited communication.
• Account security: All activity conducted using your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify pgko immediately at [email protected].
• Identity verification: pgko may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to a security review. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account closure: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting pgko support. Outstanding bonuses subject to active wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Verified balances of real-money funds will be returned to the player's designated withdrawal method.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

pgko processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made on the Platform:

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. pgko may add or remove accepted payment methods at its discretion with reasonable prior notice.
• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though individual payment method providers may apply their own limits.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's pgko wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to be reflected.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make a prior deposit on the account, unless otherwise approved by pgko compliance.
• Withdrawal processing time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of a verified request. Mobile banking withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within 1–4 hours. Card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• Transaction fees: pgko does not charge internal fees on standard BDT deposits and withdrawals. Payment method providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which pgko accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawal holds: pgko reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds.

All funds held in a player's pgko wallet are held separately from pgko's operational funds. pgko does not use player balances for any operational purpose.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules govern all sports betting activity on the pgko Platform, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports markets offered:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is considered accepted and binding only when pgko issues a bet confirmation reference number. Bets that are not confirmed are void regardless of the displayed odds at the time of placement.
• Odds: Odds are quoted in decimal format by default. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds that apply to a bet are those displayed and confirmed at the moment the bet is accepted by the system.
• In-play betting: Live in-play betting markets are governed by real-time data feeds. pgko reserves the right to suspend or void in-play markets in the event of a data feed disruption, incorrect data, or system error. Bets placed during a known disruption may be voided at pgko's discretion.
• Void bets: A bet is voided and the stake returned to the player's wallet in the event of: event cancellation, event abandonment without a result, obvious pricing errors, or market suspension at the time of the event's conclusion.
• Cricket-specific rules: For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series matches, a minimum number of overs must be completed for pre-match winner markets to stand, as specified in the individual market rules. DLS-affected results will be honoured for all markets where a DLS result constitutes an official competition outcome.
• Maximum winnings: pgko may apply maximum single-bet and daily winnings limits on specific markets. Where applicable, these limits will be disclosed within the relevant market. pgko reserves the right to limit the stake size accepted from any individual player.

6 Casino & Slots Games

The pgko Casino section offers live dealer table games and video slots provided by third-party certified game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe, as well as pgko proprietary titles including Go Goal Bingo and Fortune Gems.

• Game availability: Games are offered subject to availability and may be temporarily or permanently removed from the platform at the discretion of pgko or the relevant game provider. pgko accepts no liability for the removal of a game that a player had intended to play.
• RNG and fairness: All non-live video slots and table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG certification applicable to each game is the responsibility of the originating game studio. pgko does not modify game outcomes.
• Live dealer games: Live dealer games are streamed from certified studios in real time. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome as recorded by the game server is final.
• Game malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, pgko reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's wallet. The decision of pgko's technical team regarding the existence and nature of a malfunction is final.
• Return to Player (RTP): Indicative RTP percentages for individual games are disclosed within each game's information panel. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

pgko may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms disclosed with each individual offer:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying game categories will be stated in the individual offer terms at the time the bonus is awarded.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain slots categories may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are disclosed in each bonus offer's terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses and associated free bets expire within the period specified in the individual offer. Expired bonus funds and associated wagering progress are forfeited automatically.
• One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method.
• Abuse prevention: pgko reserves the right to decline, withdraw, or reclaim a bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal exposure, use of excluded games, or coordinated exploitation of a promotional offer by a group of players.
• Modification and withdrawal: pgko reserves the right to amend the terms of any ongoing promotion or to withdraw a promotion entirely with reasonable notice. Material changes to an active bonus will be communicated to affected players via email or in-platform notification.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pgko Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Fraudulent activity: Use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; provision of false identity information; impersonation of another individual; or any other form of financial or identity fraud.
• Multiple accounts: Registration or operation of more than one pgko account by any single individual, regardless of the payment methods or devices used.
• Automated systems: Use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other non-human interface to interact with the Platform, place bets, or participate in games.
• Collusion: Coordinating bets, game play, or bonus exploitation strategies with other players in a manner that disadvantages the Platform or other players.
• Match-fixing: Placing bets on sporting events where you have advance knowledge of a predetermined or manipulated result, or where you are directly involved in influencing the event outcome.
• Arbitrage and exploitation: Systematic exploitation of odds differences, pricing errors, or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of normal recreational betting.
• Unlawful use: Use of the Platform in connection with any money laundering scheme, terrorist financing, or any other activity that is unlawful under applicable law.

9 Responsible Gaming

pgko is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising gambling-related harm. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 72-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure automatic reminders that appear at set intervals during an active gaming session.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and no deposits can be made. Re-activation of a permanently excluded account is not possible.
• Cooling-off period: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days during which the account is suspended and no betting or gaming activity is possible.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pgko Platform, including but not limited to the pgko brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data structures, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of pgko or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute Platform content; reverse-engineer any aspect of the Platform software; create derivative works based on Platform content; or use the pgko brand, logo, or trademarks for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from pgko.

Any unauthorised use of pgko intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pgko's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided shall be limited to the net real-money balance held in that player's pgko wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.

pgko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, financial loss not directly caused by a proven Platform error, or reputational damage. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought and even if pgko has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

pgko does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party system outages, and force majeure events may affect Platform availability. pgko will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

pgko collects and processes personal data in connection with the operation of the Platform, including for the purpose of account registration, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. The full details of pgko's data collection, storage, and processing practices are set out in the pgko Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering a pgko account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by pgko, subject to pgko's legal obligations to retain data for AML and KYC compliance purposes.

pgko implements SSL encryption across all connections to protect the transmission of personal and financial data. pgko does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pgko reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects the rights or obligations of players, pgko will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to the registered address on the player's account and/or via a prominent in-platform notification.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of a clause, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without advance notice and will take effect upon publication on this page.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms supersedes all prior versions.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the pgko Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. pgko operates as an online entertainment platform serving players in Bangladesh and applies the standards of a responsible, fair play certified operator.

In the event of a dispute between a player and pgko, players are encouraged to first contact pgko support at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. pgko's support and compliance team will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

pgko's decisions regarding the settlement of bets, the application of bonus terms, the outcome of game rounds, and the enforcement of these Terms are final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law. In cases where pgko's internal resolution process does not produce a satisfactory outcome, players may escalate through any dispute resolution mechanism available to them under applicable law.
